Cold Rolled Steel legs, Fixtured Mig welded welds, CNC machined counter bored bolt holes, Normalized and shotblasted, Phosphate primed and Powder Coated a durable black hammetone (standard).  Best of all it is made here in America!  All stainless steel mounting bolts (standard) are included.  Cover NOT included.  Will NOT fit aluminum cover!
