Cab B-Pillar Lower Patch Panel, RH, 69-72 Blazer. Reproduction lower rear B-pillar patch panel for 1969-72 Blazer/Jimmy models. Sitting directly behind the rear door pillar, this piece attaches to the rocker box reinforcement plate with 3 body bolts to help reinforce the back side of the bedside, the back of the rear door pillar, and the rear cab support. This is done in order to prevent sagging and shifting in that area.
